Lexden Victorian Villa

This whole-home project involved the interior design and extensive renovation of a Victorian villa in Lexden, creating a cohesive family home while incorporating much of the clients' existing furniture.

My role encompassed the interior scheme throughout the house — from colour, wallpaper, flooring, lighting and window treatments to furnishings where required, alongside the procurement and coordination of a substantial programme of renovation works.

The property was stripped back, rewired and replumbed, with damp issues addressed, a new heating system and radiators installed, and new hardwood flooring and carpets throughout.

With just five weeks to complete the work, I worked closely with trades and suppliers to bring the design and renovation together in time for the family's return to the UK.
