This is a bespoke interior design service, tailored specifically to your project, whether you are redesigning a single room or undertaking a full home transformation.

Interior design is deeply personal. Not everyone finds it easy to visualise how a space will come together, and that’s where I come in.

I guide you through the process with clarity and care, creating a home that reflects your lifestyle, your personality and how you want to feel in your space.

This service is designed for clients who value a calm, considered home and a well-managed, thoughtful design process.

Discovery Call

 

We begin with a complimentary 30–45 minute call to discuss your project, your requirements and what you would like to achieve.

​

You are welcome to share inspiration images or ideas in advance to help guide the conversation.

​

Consultation

 

I will visit your property for a 90–120 minute in-depth consultation to explore your vision, style and ideas for your space..

 

Together we will develop the design brief to create a functional design that reflects your personality and how you live.

​

During this visit I will also conduct a site survey, taking measurements, photographs and videos where required.

​

Following the consultation you will receive a detailed design brief and a quotation for the design work.

£195 (refunded upon proceeding with design quotation)

*Travel is included within a 10 mile radius of the House of Lexden studio.
Additional travel time and expenses will be quoted individually.

Stage One: Concept & Design Development

​

​This stage establishes the full vision for your project and develops it into a clear, deliverable design.

​

You will receive a carefully considered concept board exploring the overall design direction for your space, including suggested colour palettes, materials, furniture and finishes.​​This sets the tone for the project and ensures we are aligned before moving into detailed design.

​​

Once approved, the design is refined and developed in detail.

​​​

Design Development

​

This is where the scheme is refined and the key elements of the design are developed in greater detail.​​​

​

This stage may include:

​

• 2D Spatial planning and layout refinement
• A layered lighting scheme designed to create atmosphere and balance
• A curated selection of furniture, finishes, colour palettes and materials
• Flooring and window treatment recommendations
• Sample boards and key joinery details where required
• A clear, itemised shopping list​

Additional Design Services

​

Where required, the following can be included:

• Bespoke joinery design
• 3D visualisations and elevations

• Detailed electrical and lighting plans 
• Detailed specifications (flooring, doors, architectural elements)
• Additional site visits or accompanied sourcing trips

• Sourcing of antiques and original art​

Design Amendments:

​

Up to 3 changes on the chosen board (additional changes are chargeable).

 

Outcome

 

With the final design approved, you will receive a complete, considered scheme ready to be implemented. Whether designing a single room or an entire home, the aim is always to create a cohesive and considered result.

Stage Two: Procurement & Project Delivery

​

I manage the sourcing, ordering and delivery of all specified items, ensuring everything arrives as intended and in line with the design.

​

This removes the stress of coordinating multiple suppliers and helps keep the project running smoothly.

​

Where possible, you will benefit from access to my trade accounts, offering both convenience and added value.

​

 

Trade Coordination:

​

Whether you have your own trusted trades or prefer to use my recommended team, I can coordinate and manage the process for you. I work closely with builders, decorators, and other specialists to ensure everything runs smoothly and aligns with your design vision.

My aim is always to create a smooth, well-managed experience, allowing you to enjoy the process while I take care of the detail.
