Discovery Call
We begin with a complimentary 30–45 minute call to discuss your project, your requirements and what you would like to achieve. You're welcome to share inspiration or ideas beforehand.
Consultation
I will visit your property for an in-depth consultation to explore your vision, style and how you want the space to work. I 'll also carry out a site survey, taking measurements and photographs. Afterwards, you'll receive a detailed design brief and a quotation for the design work.
Fee £195 Refunded upon proceeding with design quotation
*Travel is included within a 10 mile radius of the House of Lexden studio. Additional travel time and expenses will be quoted individually.
Concept & Design Development
I develop your vision into a cohesive design scheme, exploring colour, materials, furnishings, finishes and lighting to create a home that feels balanced and connected throughout.
Where required, technical drawings, bespoke joinery design, lighting and electrical plans, sourcing of antiques, artwork and specialist pieces can be incorporated to support the project.
Sourcing and Procurement
I manage the sourcing, ordering and delivery of specified pieces, drawing on my trusted supplier network and trade accounts, so you're not coordinating multiple suppliers and lead times yourself.
Trade Coordination Whether you have trusted trades in place or would like to work with my recommended team, I work closely with builders, decorators and specialist suppliers to keep things running smoothly.
The aim is always a calm, well-managed experience, you enjoy the process while I take care of the detail.
As every project is different, Stage Two fees are provided on request, based on scope and the level of involvement required.
